Mr. Axelrod will assess the pricing of fuel oil in the three key global markets-United States/Western Hemisphere; European/Mediterranean and the Far East.  Attention will be paid to various components of price structure, including fuel oil-to-crude oil price relationships, sulfur spreads and price differentials between regions.
