The Ritz Carlton South Beach is located on Lincoln Road at Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida in the heart of the Art Deco District.  It is 11 miles from Miami International Airport.

A block of rooms has been reserved for the Fuel Oil/Energy Buyers' Conference.  Individual reservations must be made by calling the Hotel's Reservations Department at (800) 241-333 or directly (305) 671-2609.  The group rate is $259.00 per night single or double occupancy.

You must identify yourself as an attendee to the 2008 Fuel Oil/Energy Buyers' Conference when making your reservation.  All reservations must be guaranteed with a one night's deposit by credit card, check or cash.  Reservations must be made no later than October 15, 2008.  Reservations requested after that date are subject to space and rate availability.

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made on or before October 15, 2008 will be given a full refund.  No refunds will be made after that date!  You may send a replacement at no penalty.  No liability is assumed by the 2008 Fuel Oil/Energy Buyers' Conference Committee for changes in program date, content, speakers or venue.
