The Ritz Carlton South Beach is located on Lincoln Road at Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida in the heart of the Art Deco District. It is 11 miles from Miami International Airport.
A block of rooms has been reserved for the Energy Buyers’ Conference. Individual reservations must be made by calling 786-276-4000 or 800-241-3333 and reference the name of the conference. The group room rate is $229 per night single or double occupancy. Suite reservations can be made directly through the hotel’s reservation department.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a one night’s deposit with a major credit card. Reservations must be made on or before Monday, October 4, 2010. Reservations requested after that date are subject to space- and rate- availability.
CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made on or before October 1, 2010 will be given a full refund. No refunds will be made after that date. You may send a replacement. No liability is assumed by the 2010 Energy Buyers’ Conference Committee for program changes, date, content, speakers or venue.
